Current Board
Members
The Board of Directors is
composed of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Facility Director and
Wildlife Director. Each member will hold office for a term of 1 year.

T. L. Elliott
The President
presides at all meetings of the Board and is responsible for the
appointment of members of committees not elected, with a majority approval of
the Board. His further duties include approval of disbursement of any funds
prior to any transaction.
Our current President resides in the state of Washington.

M. Shultz
The Vice President assists the President and in the absence of the
President the Vice President acts in his place, and performing those duties. Our
current Vice President resides in the state of Oregon.

R. A. Elliott
The Secretary records the votes and keeps the
minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the Board. Serves notice of meetings
and performs other duties as needed to assist The Foundation. Our current
Secretary resides in the state of Washington and is also our Web Mistress.

G. L. Noggle
The Facility
Director is
responsible for the upkeep of the physical facility by seeing to it that the
building is always in good repair and cares for the birds it contains at any
given time. Our current Facilities Director resides in the state of Washington.

B. S. Wilson
The Wildlife Director is responsible for the care and maintenance of
any wildlife rescues that may be directed to the Foundations rescue services.
Our current Wildlife Director resides in the state of Washington on a large farm
where our wildlife rescues are housed and released when they are healthy again
and able to return to their own habitat.

C. 'Birdman' Driggins
The Founder of this organization, since his retirement from the
Board, has been appointed as a lifetime honorary member. He is invited to
sit in on Board meetings, offer his opinions and guide us into keeping this
wonderful organization fulfilling the dreams he had for it from its' conception.
Our Founder currently resides in the state of Washington.
